  • A fixed delivery fee of €4.95 applies to all orders below €49.

  • Available for both fresh and non-perishable grocery items.

  • Orders are delivered to your selected address during our regular delivery hours.

Free Shipping – Orders Over €49

  • Enjoy free home delivery when your order total exceeds €49 (after discounts or coupons are applied).

  • Automatically applied at checkout—no coupon required.

  • Excludes special bulk or oversized items (if applicable).

3. Delivery Times

  • Orders placed before our daily cutoff time (indicated at checkout) are typically delivered same-day or next-day, depending on location and order volume.

  • During peak periods or unforeseen events, delivery times may vary.
    We will notify you promptly if delays occur.

4. Multi-Store Fulfilment

Es Natural Barcelona operates multiple stores across the city. Your order will be prepared and shipped from the location closest to your delivery address to ensure freshness and reduce delivery time.

5. Fresh & Perishable Items

We take special care in packing perishable items such as fruits, vegetables, dairy, and frozen products.
If any fresh item arrives damaged or spoiled, please contact us within 24 hours so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier cannot complete delivery due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable:

  • We will attempt to contact you by phone or email.

  • A second delivery attempt may require an additional delivery charge.

7. Order Pickup (If offered)

If store pickup is available:

  • You can collect your order at your chosen Es Natural location during store hours.

  • You will receive a confirmation once your items are ready for pickup.
