DO I NEED TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE FROM YOU? 4o

No, it's not necessary. You can make purchases and checkout as a guest each time.

However, setting up an account with us will allow you to place an order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can register right now, or you can start shopping and create your account before checking out on the shopping cart page.

HOW DO I CREATE / CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

Click “Sign in / Register” followed by “Create an account” and fill in your personal details.

HOW DO I ORDER?

Purchase the items you want and add them to your shopping cart. When you're done, go to your shopping cart and check out. Please review and make sure all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payments.

I'M HAVING TROUBLE ADDING ITEMS TO MY SHOPPING CART

You'll be able to add items as long as they're available. Occasionally, the item may be in someone else's shopping cart, so the item status will be displayed as "Temporarily Unavailable."

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDERS?

Cash on delivery upon receipt of your order. We accept cash, Bizum, and all major credit and debit cards, such as Mastercard, VISA, and American Express.

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order online once it has been placed. It's advisable to check your order before confirming it. However, you can contact us via WhatsApp or email to discuss any issues.

I HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE, HOW CAN I USE IT?

Enter the coupon code in the "Coupon Code" field and click "Add" on your shopping cart page before proceeding to checkout. Please note that we cannot manually apply the coupon code to your order if you didn't enter it during checkout. Please make sure all information is correct before confirming your purchase.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED?

Once you've placed your order, you'll receive a confirmation email confirming receipt. Alternatively, you can check the status of your order in "My Account" if you're a registered user.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All orders will be processed within 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

The standard delivery time with our own transport is approximately 24-48 hours, within two business days of receiving the order.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number. Remember, you can always  contact  us using the methods indicated.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Shipping is FREE for all deliveries in Barcelona via our own transport when the order exceeds 40 euros.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN CONFIRMED?

Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your order has been confirmed. Therefore, please ensure you provide the correct shipping address. However, please remember that you can always  contact  us using the methods indicated.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PRODUCT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

WILL THERE BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR THE REPAIR?

There are no additional charges for reshipping up to two times.
