1. Deadline for requesting a refund

You can request a refund within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

After this period, unfortunately we will not be able to offer returns or refunds.

For your application to be approved, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • You must keep its original packaging
  • It must not show any damage or signs of tampering.
  • The purchase receipt must be presented

3. Products not eligible for refund

For hygiene and safety reasons, some products cannot be returned:
