Do I have to open an account to buy with you?

HOW DO I CREATE/CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

HOW DO I ORDER?

Purchase the items you want and add them to your shopping cart. When you are done, you can go to your shopping cart and take a look. Check and make sure all the information is correct before confirming your purchases and payments.

I AM HAVING TROUBLE ADDING ITEMS TO MY SHOPPING CART.

You will be able to add the items as long as it is available. There may be an instance where the item is in someone else's shopping cart, so the items status is reflected as "Temporarily Unavailable".

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDERS?

Cash on delivery upon receipt of your order. We accept cash, Bizum and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express.

CAN I AMEND AND CANCEL MY ORDER?

Enter the coupon code in the "Coupon Code" field and click "Add" on your shopping cart page before proceeding to checkout. Please note that we cannot manually apply the coupon code to your order if you have not entered it during checkout. Please make sure all information is correct before confirming your purchase.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?

All orders will be processed within 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Standard delivery time with our own transport is approximately 24-48 hours within 2 working days after receipt of order.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?

Once the order has been shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to you with the tracking number. Remember that you can always contact us by the methods indicated.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Shipping is FREE for all deliveries in Barcelona through our own transport when the order exceeds 40eur.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN CONFIRMED?

Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your order is confirmed. Therefore, please be sure to provide the correct shipping address. However remember that you can always contact us with the methods indicated.

THERE IS AN ITEM MISSING FROM MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
