ORDER

Do I have to open an account to buy with you?

No, it is not necessary. You can shop and check out as a guest each time.

However, setting up an account with us will allow you to place an order without having to enter your information each time you shop with us. You can register right now, or you can start shopping and create your account before you check out on the shopping cart page.

HOW DO I CREATE/CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

Click on "Login / Register" followed by "Create an account" and fill in your personal details.

HOW DO I ORDER?

Purchase the items you want and add them to your shopping cart. When you are done, you can go to your shopping cart and take a look. Verify and make sure all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payments.

I AM HAVING TROUBLE ADDING ITEMS TO MY SHOPPING CART.

You will be able to add the items as long as it is available. There may be an instance where the item is in someone else's shopping cart, so the items status is reflected as "Temporarily Unavailable".

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDERS?

Cash on delivery upon receipt of your order. We accept cash, Bizum and all major credit and debit cards, such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express.

CAN I AMEND AND CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order online once it has been placed. It is advisable to check your order before confirming it. However you can contact us via whatsapp or email to inquire.

I HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE, HOW CAN I USE IT?

Enter the coupon code in the "Coupon Code" field and click "Add" on your shopping cart page before proceeding to checkout. Please note that we cannot manually apply the coupon code to your order if you have not entered it during checkout. Please make sure all information is correct before confirming your purchase.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email to confirm that your orders have been received. Alternatively, you can check the status of your order in "My account" if you are a registered user.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?

All orders will be processed within 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Standard delivery time with our own transport is approximately 24-48 hours within 2 working days after receipt of order.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?

Once the order has been shipped, a confirmation will be sent to you by email with the tracking number. Remember that you can always contact us by the means indicated.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Shipping is FREE for all deliveries in Barcelona through our own transport when the order exceeds 40eur.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN CONFIRMED?

Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your order is confirmed. Therefore, please be sure to provide the correct shipping address. However, remember that you can always contact us using the methods indicated.

THERE IS AN ITEM MISSING FROM MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

I BOUGHT THE WRONG SIZE

We do not provide size exchanges nor do we accept returns for products purchased with us. You can consult our Returns and Exchanges policy here and its procedures.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PRODUCT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please email our Customer Service Team at esnaturalbarcelona@hotmail.com with as much information as possible for subsequent delivery.

WILL THERE BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR THE REPAIR?

There are no additional charges for forwarding up to two times.
